If you are talking about food, I’m all ears!
I wish there was a radio version of the Food Network because I would listen to it all day, 24/7, 364 days a year (save Christmas when the family gets my undivided attention).
Imagine hearing Nigella Lawson talk about how she came to write her first cook book, and what is British food culture to her? Tapes of James The Urban Peasant rattling on while preparing simple fare in a tiny apartment kitchen in Vancouver. The stories of up-and-coming chefs, child nutrition, sustainability of global food sources, the whole nine yards! Music to my taste buds.
I listen to Jamie Oliver cook while folding laundry.
Aarti Party is my Sunday brunch companion and “quiet time” for mommy.
Miss Paula Deen is constantly repeated on Hulu, along with many other gourmands that I am fortunate enough to have access to online.
Would a radio station be too much to ask for?
